meteor windows 安装, command not found

在windows 安装meteor.js, 直接在官网下载windows 版本，

安装完成后习惯性打开git bash, 提示command not found。 重启后不好使，百度没有答案， google一下才知道git bash不行，命令行可以。Git Shell 也可以。
