i have figured out the problem and fixed it. if i set e.KeyExpression at selecting event for LINQDataSource then its okay. in 12.2.8, you had default value "Id". In 13.1.6, this default value was removed which i believe.
Please create a property in LinqDataSource called KeyExpression. it will reduce confusion or try grabbing KeyExpression from AspxGridView.KeyFieldName
