centos6.3 eclipse cdt

when install centos eclipse when install the os system, the cdt is already installed,

but some time when you first start the eclipse, you can not find the way to create new c++ project,

I don‘t know why,

but when you start the eclipse for several times, try to start the eclipse using user root,

you will find you can start the c++ projects, it is stange.
