错误：

The ycmd server SHUT DOWN (restart with ‘:YcmRestartServer‘). YCM core library not detected; you need to compile YCM before usin g it. Follow the instructions in the documentation.

解决：

在路径： /root/.vim/plugged/YouCompleteMe

执行：

[root@centos8 YouCompleteMe]# /usr/bin/python2.7  install.py
