win10 系统出现的Python was not found but can be installed from the Microsoft Store

问题描述：配置sublime的python环境时，编译时出现下面的报错提示，首先cmd执行python确认python环境没问题，然后在设置-应用执行别名里把应用安装程序python.exe,python3.exe开关关闭
