tomcat启动报错There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue

tomcat启动报错后显示以下错误

这是由于tomcat启动内存不足，需要增加tomcat启动内存，如果是IDEA开发工具的话  增加  ： -server -XX:PermSize=256M -XX:MaxPermSize=512M
