Excel 2016: The file is corrupt and cannot be open

今天一新同事入职，设置好一切后访问公共盘打开excel文件总提示错误。
开始总以为是文件服务器权限问题，折腾好久后发现并不是。后面才知道是“Protected View”造成的。
- 进入option--trust Center--Trust Center Settings"---"Protected View"
- 去掉所有下图的启用保护
