element-ui upload Cannot set property 'status' of null

问题：使用element-ui upload组件上传文件时，多选时会有Cannot set property ‘status‘ of null报错，如图

背景：因为业务场景比较特殊，需要向file-list中添加数据，所以操作了file-list

经过测试发现，只要向file-list中添加数据就会报错，也就是说不能向file-list中添加数据

解决方案：不能添加就不加呗

总结：file-list应该是不可以做修改操作
