Karma install steps for unit test of Angular JS app

• npm install -g karma
• npm install –g karma-cli
• Install the plugins (optional)

          # Install plugins that your project needs:  npm install karma-jasmine karma-chrome-launcher --save-dev

• Run following command to do unit test:

          C:\Users\Bruce\angular-phonecat-master\test>karma start karma.config.js
