已经解决：
错误原因在于始终没用又用已经编译安装过的irstlm而是一直用那个原文件夹造成的，而这里Manual似乎也写错了，manual里有很强的误导性：
但是仔细看，manual里还写到：
However, if you want to use IRSTLM to read the language model and assign scores to n-grams, then IRSTLM needs to be linked with Moses. Once IRSTLM is successfully compiled, use the --with-irstlm switch to compile Moses with IRSTLM. This is the exact command I use:
似乎作者在暗示你要选择编译过的IRSTLM，但是你妹的谁能理解啊！到时候发个邮件...
