VS_InstallerShell.exe has an invalid certificate.

打开vs2019 安装程序时出现这个提示：

VS_InstallerShell.exe has an invalid certificate. Please ensure the appropriate Microsoft certificates are installed. 

出现这个问题直接用管理员打开C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer\vs_installershell.exe就可以了
