NaviCat SqlServer Windows 10 Update 1803 IM004 - Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed

安装Windows 10 Update 1803后，Navicat连接SqlServer出现以下错误：

IM004 - Driver‘s SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed

或者

IM004:[microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver‘s SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed. 

解决方案：

控制面板，安装与卸载程序：找到

Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Native Client *

卸载它。然后使用NaviCat连接SqlServer数据库，按提示重新安装。

NaviCat版本：11、12
