mysql链接错误：2003 can't connect to mysql server on 10038

出现这个错误原因是端口号不是3306。
打开D:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.5 \my.ini文件，当然还有其他的.ini的文件：
[client]
port=3306
[mysql]
default-character-set=utf8
# SERVER SECTION
# ----------------------------------------------------------------------
#
# The following options will be read by the MySQL Server. Make sure that
# you have installed the server correctly (see above) so it reads this

[mysqld]
