git中报unable to auto-detect email address 错误的解决办法

每次重新新建工程时候git的配置信息都不能直接在命令行里修改 用户名 和邮箱，不会生效，且报错

Run

git config --global user.email "you@example.com"
git config --global user.name "Your Name"

to set your account‘s default identity.
Omit --global to set the identity only in this repository.

fatal: unable to auto-detect email address (got ‘Administrator@PC-20150120BUBR.(none)‘)

参考网上解决办法就是

找到工程目录的.git文件夹，打开之后找到config文件，在最后边加上一句话
[user]
email=your email
name=your name
