arcgis desktop 10.1 license manager无法启动问题解决

19:44:36 (ARCGIS) Vendor daemon can‘t talk to lmgrd (License server machine is down or not responding. (-96,491))

19:44:36 (ARCGIS) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 28 Exit reason 5

看目录下log，lmgrd9.log 显示如上。其实都是本机localhost，却无法访问。

简单点的解决办法：关闭windows防火墙再试
