ISSUE:
When trying to connect to an Oracle database you receive the following error: "OCIEnvCreate failed with return code -1 but error message text was not available"
CAUSE:
以下两种情况之一是可能的原因:
1，你在 Windows 7 上使用不支持的版本的 Oracle 客户端 (超过 11.2)。
2，从以前安装的 Oracle 客户端 Dll 有留在系统上，造成冲突。
解决方法:
1，安装的 Oracle 客户端支持的版本。
2，搜索"保监处。DLL"本地计算机上。如果你找到此文件的任何实例在你 ORACLE_HOME以外的任何位置重命名或删除它。如果有疑问，卸载 Oracle 客户端，然后再次执行搜索。什么是吃剩的都是罪魁祸首。
